CNC Machining
Our products are processed by precision CNC machine tools, with high machining accuracy up to 0.1 micron. We have machining centers to meet customers' requirements for products with high coaxiality
Machining Inspection
In our machining process, each size needs to be strictly tested. Workers will conduct a self-inspection of their products every 2 hours, and QC will conduct a workshop inspection every 2 hours to ensure that the size of products fully meets the requirements of the drawings
Assembly Room
Our assembly shop USES the assembly line, the result of teamwork can guarantee the output of a large quantity of products.100% of the products on the production line need to pass the leak test. We use the pressure of 6-8bar to test each product. Only after passing the test can the products be packed into cartons.
