Installation
1. balance valve maybe installed in either the return line or the supply line at only one location per loop. It is recommended to install the balance valve in the return water line with low water temperature.
2.The balance valve on the main pipe should be installed at the outlet direction of the water pump.
3.Balance valve can be installed horizontally or vertically.
4. The direction of medium flow should be consistent with the direction marked on the valve body.
5.The opening indicator number on the handle should be in the direction visible to the debugging personnel to facilitate debugging. There should be no obstacles in front of the measuring joint on the valve body in case the debugging instrument cannot be connected during debugging. when installed in the ceiling, the handle should be facing down.

WRANING
1. The opening of the balance valve should not be arbitrarily changed. After debugging of the balance valve installed in the pipe network system, in order to maintain the balance state of the system, the opening of the balance valve should not be arbitrarily changed during the normal operation of the system, especially the opening locking device.
2. Pay attention to the balance between the new system and the old system
When a new system installed with a balance valve is connected to the original system, attention should be paid to the balance of water flow distribution between the new system and the original system so as to prevent the new system (or modified system) installed with a balance valve from reaching the proper water flow. A balance valve should be installed at the entrance of the original system.

Our assembly shop USES the assembly line, the result of teamwork can guarantee the output of a large quantity of products.100% of the products on the production line need to pass the leak test. We use the pressure of 6-8bar to test each product. Only after passing the test can the products be packed into cartons.
